What is Tathata Golf

You have probably seen all the advertising and marketing and asked yourself. What is Tathata Golf?

Tathata Golf is a Martial Arts style golf training package created to make the body movements that are needed during the golf swing, easier to understand and learn.

After years of research, it was created by a man named Bryan Hepler. Bryan has spent most of his life around the game of golf and has always wondered, “There is surely an easier way we can learn to swing a golf club in a more efficient manner”.

The conventional style of coaching although has been successful can often be a little bit complicated for not only beginners but also more accomplished golfers. The game of golf has certainly been over complicated in recent times with the enormous amounts of equipment available, and inconsistencies in how pupils are taught the game.

What Is Tathata Golf

The Tathata Golf Program can truly be a shortcut in learning the game and also help better players understand why exactly they may have struggled with consistent ball striking in the past.

A lot of conventional coaching can be targeted more at the quick band-aid fix, which is normally just treating an effect rather than a cause.

The Tathata Golf Program will certainly help treat the cause of most problems that may be holding a golfer back from their potential.

What is in the Program

The Tathata Golf Program consists of a 60-day training program, featuring mainly videos that can be watched daily that go for roughly one hour.

The program also includes a stretching routine which helps get the body in the proper positions during the golf swing.

The program is separated into seven different chapters.

Chapter One: How to build your Setup and learn to play with Energy.
Chapter Two: Learn the Body Movements of some of the worlds greatest golfers.
Chapter Three: Add the Golf Club to all the Club Movements being learned.
Chapter Four:  Building Speed, Strength, and Uneven Lies Training.
Chapter Five: A Focus on the Short Game.
Chapter Six: A focus on Putting.
Chapter Seven:
Get ready to take all the training to the Golf Course

Each chapter is backed up by thorough explanations and also some of the movements of the greatest golfers to ever play the game. There is also a Mental Training section to help keep golfers on the right track.

Targeted at Which Golfer

The program is designed to get any golfer moving their body in a synchronized way with the hands, arms and golf club.

Each section is explained very well and also supported by the movements of the greatest golfers to ever play the game.

A beginner golfer can save a lot of time learning the game simply by getting the body to move correctly throughout the golf swing. This can speed up learning and progress dramatically.

Intermediate golfers will discover why they have struggled with consistent ball striking over the years. If the body does not move correctly with the golf club throughout the swing a number of swing faults can creep in.

The program has also been studied and researched so well that it can actually even help teaching professionals get their pupils in better more athletic position throughout the golf swing.

Tiger Woods

The Tathata Golf Program certainly explains how the body moves throughout the golf swing in a sufficient manner.

The Tathata Golf Program is backed up by research on how elite performers in other sports move and how some of the best golfers to have ever played the game get in the exact positions explained throughout the program. These include Tiger Woods, Jack Nicklaus, Ben Hogan and many others.

Conclusion

The Tathata Golf Program is definitely a more simple way of learning how the body moves throughout the golf swing and how to implement the movements.

The stretches do help pupils get into these positions, but be careful if you are going into the program with any pre-existing medical conditions or injuries. The Mental Training is certainly not for everybody, but even if you do decide not to implement it you can still achieve pretty good results throughout the program.

The positions that golfers learn throughout the program are worth enough to justify the value of the program.

Once you are trained, the game will become easier to learn and the need for swing thoughts will be minimal.

I’m just getting into golf. I’m looking for all kinds of tips and tricks to help me for when I get out there on the course.

Can I practice this in my home? Or do you recommend being on the field and getting the real-life experience? I’m a little shy that’s why I said at the house first. But I’m willing to do what it takes to become a good golfer.

Give it a try if you get the chance.

      Hi Jacob

      I appreciate your comments.

As a more experienced golfer and going through this program, I can honestly say it will help golfers of all levels. Beginners are in a unique position as in 2 or 3 months they can learn what takes most golfers years to learn.

The Tathata Golf Program can be learned at your own pace. The main aim is to get the hands, arms and body moving in a synchronised way with the golf club. It can be a massive shortcut to learn the game.

      Cheers

That’s fantastic ! I accompany my friend to the Golf course once in a while and we spoke to a Gentleman at the 19th hole about how he learned the game of Golf and he mentioned the “Tathata” method. I mentioned to him that the game is so frustrating that it takes “10 years to get bad at it”, he laughed and stated that I should check out TATHATA. It helped his game dramatically ! That’s why I am here. Thanks for the insightful article. I may become a better than “bad” Golfer, after all, someday ! 🙂

I am still currently in the beginner stages of my golf game and after viewing the Tathata program and what it has to offer it seems that I can trust it to guide me in the right direction. I really enjoy the practical side of this program as I am able to work through the program where ever I may be. Thank you for bringing this program to my attention.

      Hi Jared

      I appreciate your comments.

The Tathata Golf Program is certainly a much more simple way to learn how the body moves throughout the golf swing. The program is designed to learn the movements first and then introduce the golf club. This makes learning the golf swing at an incredibly quicker pace compared to the conventional way of learning the game. The program will also help more consistent golfers reach their potential.

    Fascinating!!
I’ve played golf my whole life and hadn’t heard of this one!
I would be very interested in learning more about this and whether it helps not only improve your game but also is physically less demanding on the body.

The video at the end of the post was very beneficial as it further emphasized what the training program is like. I wonder how much this can impact the health of future golfers who strive to hit the ball “far”. I know that it can be damaging to the body based on the amount of torque that is generated especially by professional golfers.

The ever evolving game of golf certainly taught me something new today!
    Thanks

      Hi Adam

      I appreciate your comments.

The Tathata Golf Program is certainly a much more simple way of learning what can seem to be a difficult motion. The program has recently been upgraded with an even more simplified training platform.

After going through the original Legacy Training Program and being half way through the new training program, I can honestly say that this will help golfers of all ability levels if they choose to utilise it and implement the training.

The Tathata Golf Program has the best explanation of the golf swing I have ever heard in a simple and easy to understand way. It has helped an area of my golf game I have always felt could be better with the correct training. At about day 20 you will see a significant improvement in ball striking and will begin to understand the need for lessons and quick fixes will never be needed again.

      Any questions let me know.

      Cheers

    Great Post Chris

      Hi Tyler

This looks like a great program! I have struggled with consistency in my golf game for years. A program like this looks like it could really help. I didn’t notice any pricing. Do you know how much this program costs?

    1. Chris Post author

Great. I am looking for a way to destress and golf was my go-to choice but when I went for the first time I sucked. I need training, preferably at home so I do not embarrass myself in public. This sixty day tathata training program seems like a perfect fit.
Two questions though, is it just the videos or do we get a physical trainer? If it is just the videos, does the program have a communication point where I can get help if I do not understand something in the training?

    1. Chris Post author

      Hi Crystal

The Tathata Golf Program is a 60 Day Training Program featuring training videos that go for between 45 minutes and an hour. The videos are very easy to follow and will have you learning the correct movements of the golf swing in a short period of time. The site help on the Tathata Golf Program is very good and each week there is a Tathata TV episode to answer any questions a member might have.

If you have any further questions, let me know.

      Cheers

Wow, a martial arts style golf training! I honestly didn’t think such a thing existed.

From your review I gather that it’s also suitable for those of us who have never played any golf? It’s something I’ve been meaning to get in to but haven’t had the chance yet. A kind of ‘beginners training’ is definitely something I need.

    1. Chris Post author

      Hi Stephen

The Tathata Golf Program is one of the best training platforms for learning the game of golf. Golfers can learn the exact body movements required to hit the golf ball with speed, safety and strength. Improvements will be made rapidly if this part is can be learned as soon as possible.
